The award winning Breton Hall is a thriving development situated in the heart of Lisburn. The development offers savvy buyers the opportunity to benefit from luxurious new homes courtesy of the JW & J Porter Company.
Situated on the banks of the River Lagan, Breton Hall offers excellent transport links to Lisburn and Belfast and once complete will be a highly desirable housing development for buyers.
The development has been modelled on an archetypal Georgian village and boasts an array of detached and semi-detached townhouses and apartments. All of the units on Breton Hall are new builds and in its entirety, the project consists of 135 units.
Located near one of the biggest cities in Northern Ireland, Breton Hall comprises an assortment of traditional housing that has been designed and built by JW & J Porter Co. These Georgian inspired structures have been built with the most contemporary construction methods and materials available, whilst maintaining the ambiance of a conventional home, conveying a level of excellence – through intelligent design and outstanding craftsmanship – that others can only hope to achieve.
The stunning structures on Breton Hall feature redstone blue brick and rendered exterior walls, with slate roofing and granite effect window sills. The front doors also include beautifully moulded aspects around the front doors and all of the units also include full kitchen fittings, sanitary ware and a fireplace.
Plumbing and bathroom merchant Plumbrite Supplies is supplying all boilers, cylinders and plumbing equipment required on the development.
Neville Warren, Plumbrite Supplies said:
“It’s the first time I’ve been involved with an NHBC award winning project, it’s great to be involved with the redevelopment of Lisburn. It’s also quite a sizeable project for us so has been important in a number of ways.
“We are celebrating our 20th year of business so we’d like to thank our customers for their loyalty. JW & J Porter Company was one of our very first customers. They know that we are reliable and have used us time and again over the last two decades.”
All of the detached homes on the development also have the option where buyers can choose from a range of high specification fittings and sanitary ware, allowing them to put their own personal stamp on their properties.
In addition, Breton Hall also features picturesque exterior landscaping and groundwork that contributes to the unique atmosphere that is so prevalent in this development, with the majority of homes overlooking green communal areas.
The buildings were designed by JW & J Porter Co’s own in-house architects with preliminary work beginning in 2007 and the build is expected to be completed by 2014. Work on the project has progress well and as there have been relatively few difficulties throughout the design process work is currently on programme and within budget.
Jim Porter, director of JW & J Porter Company has been awarded the NHBC award on Breton Hall. Jim Porter previously won the NHBC Seal of approval for Breton Hall in 2011, amongst other awards throughout his career.
Jim Porter, said:
“The award is important to JW & J Porter Company as it is the result of the high standards that we pride ourselves in. The company does everything with 100% commitment and doesn’t like to cut corners. The team were very pleased upon hearing they had won the award and it was thoroughly deserved due to the quality of the houses built.”
Breton Hall already has 70 occupied units with demand already high for the remaining properties on the development.
