Emm Square is a brand new housing development taking shape in Wokingham, Berkshire from leading property developer CALA Homes.
The NHBC award-winning development comprises a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and is located on Molly Millars Lane, which is conveniently situated close to Wokingham Station and Wokingham town centre.
Emm Square is the latest development in CALA Homes’ portfolio, which already boasts nearby developments that includes Ickenham Park in Hillingdon, Morningside in Surrey and Maple Lawns in Amersham. Not only is CALA Homes the property developer on the project, the company is also the main contractor on the site.
