Jones Lang LaSelle has been appointed to sell the private residential units on the Paynes & Borthwick development, whilst 44 affordable apartments are being managed by Hexagon Housing Association. The master plan for the development was agreed in 2011 by the Boroughs of Lewisham and Greenwich.

The design of Paynes & Borthwick Wharves has been kept simple, taking inspiration from the classic lines of the retained buildings to present a fresh, modern living space. Safety and security is important, with a video entry phone system in operation, alongside CCTV, a concierge with 24 hour security and secure underground parking.
