Schofield & Sons Ltd is a building contractor working on a wide range of schemes from residential to commercial and local authority works.

Established by Peter Schofield in 1978, the company operates from offices in Eccles, Manchester and has built up a reputation in the North West for completing high quality work which meets its clients’ requirements.

Working in the residential sector, Schofield & Sons Ltd undertake all aspects of building works, from loft conversions and extensions, to complete new builds and refurbishments. The company is capable of guiding clients through the entire refurbishment or renovation process, whether it is restoring original features or completely stripping a building down to its shell.

Complementing the company’s residential work is Schofield & Sons Ltd’s commercial operations, which includes office spaces, industrial units and retail outlets. Rounding out Schofield & Sons Ltd’s core activities is its involvement with local authorities, including school projects such as St Bernard’s Primary School, Salford.

Schofield & Sons Ltd have worked with many leading clients over the past 36 years, which has seen the company establish a strong working relationship with Salford City Council. Schofield & Sons Ltd is also registered with the National Federation of Builders (NFB) and since 2006 has been Contractor Health and Safety Assessment (CHAS) accredited.
