The Downing Group are split across three divisions; mixed-use development, property management and construction. George Downing Construction is the group’s in-house construction arm. The company handles the main contracting role of all Downing’s construction requirements and employs 45 highly skilled individuals. The involvement of the construction team on all projects ensures expertise and minimises risk of employing external contractors; therefore delivering on time and in budget is more likely.

Downing is Liverpool’s largest private, commercial landlord owning some of the city’s most famous architectural landmarks. All of these properties are of a high quality and are located in prestigious locations which add to the organisations experience in delivering fantastic projects.
