Ardmore also undertook a project at Kingston University which involved the construction of a seven-story building with 214 units for student accommodation; in addition to 17 cluster kitchens, a student common room and a laundry space. The University project included integrated external finishes including render, rainscreen cladding and Kingspan cladding.

The firm have also worked on the Ramada Jarvis, as well as the Travelodge at Euston Railway Station which involved the construction of 140 bedrooms and 16 affordable apartments.
