Medway Mechanical Services Ltd is a company specialising in mechanical building services, heating, plumbing, gas services, air conditioning, ventilation and water treatment.
Established in 2005, the firm specialises in local authority contracting and are approved contractors for Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth City Council, Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust, Hampshire Partnership Trust, Winchester University, Solent Junior School and Flying Bull Primary School.
The company has recently been involved with an 18-month refurbishment project on Milton Park Primary School for Portsmouth City Council. This entailed creating a new plant room, heating system, ventilation system and new sanitary ware installation. Additionally the project involved a large extension containing new mechanical building services that had to be carried out. This project was delivered on time and within budget.
Other projects that have been undertaken by Medway Mechanical Services include a large development at St George’s Beneficial School in Portsmouth, again for Portsmouth City Council and consisted of a large refurbishment and extension. Kitchen refurbishments have also been successfully finalised for Hampshire County Council at Lee on Solent Infants School and Alverstoke Infants as part of the government’s £2 billion Investment to free school meals.
