Treeneuk Gardens is a brand new housing development from Duchy Homes, comprising a collection of five bedroom properties in four distinctive designs: The Buckingham, The Windsor, The Westminster and The Kensington.

The Chesterfield-based development includes eight houses and each has been completed to the highest standards, in keeping with the NHBC guidelines.

Internal finishes include autumn mist matt emulsion paint finish for walls; contemporary moulded skirting and architraves with white satin finish; and Viciama solidcore Zebrano doors. Kitchens include fully integrated dishwashers; 30mm granite worktops with upstands; integrated fridge freezers; and a stainless steel bowl sink with chrome finish mixer tap. Meanwhile, Bathrooms and en-suites include contemporary white sanitary ware suites; chrome heated towel rails; illuminated de-misting bathroom mirrors; and Ideal standard thermostatically controlled showers.

Properties include full gas central heating with energy efficient wall mounted boilers and white enamelled panel radiators throughout. Smart meters by Eon are also included so that home owners can monitor all energy use. To complete the development, each of the detached houses includes landscaped gardens, garages and block paved driveways with contrasting edges.

Speaking to Premier Construction about the new development, Site Manager for Duchy Homes, Nick Booth said:

“All of the properties are just over 2,000 sq ft and have been built from traditional methods of brick and block. The houses include uPVC windows and clay tiled roofs and were completed with high quality finishes.”

Work began on creating Treeneuk Gardens in June 2013 and reached completion in August 2014. The project ran as planned, with Nick and his team encountering no major problems. Such was the success of the project that Nick recently picked up an NHBC Health & Safety Award for his involvement in the development.

Nick said:

“This is the first NHBC Award that I have picked up personally and it is great for both me and for my team who have demonstrated that they can carry out exactly the type of work that they need to be doing on a development like this – it’s a great credit to them.”

All properties on the Treeneuk Gardens development come with an NHBC ten year Buildmark Warranty. For more information on Treeneuk Gardens, please visit: www.duchyhomes.co.uk.
