St. Fergals Vocational School, Rathdowney, Laois is another educational project which the firm underwent and finished successfully.
Within the retail and commercial sector, developments which Townmore Construction has undergone include an extension to Rosedale Furniture Store, Kilkenny which consisted of an extension and renovation of an existing retail warehouse unit and associate site works, with a floor area of 800m².

A residential development took place at Carrig on Suir, Tipperary, involving an extension and renovation of the existing Franciscan Friary Residence and conversion to eight one-bed apartments, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, offices, living area and communal dining room.
