With ample in-house resources including plant and transport valued in excess of £13 million, approximately 400 staff members including 200 operatives and a QSET Department (Quality, Safety, Environmental and Training); RJ McLeod ensure construction projects are delivered to the highest quality.

There are a number of projects which RJ McLeod have undertaken, within the fields of roads and structures, marine, infrastructure, energy and building. Inverness South West Flood Relief Phase 4 was one of the marine developments that the business worked on, with a value of £5.68m and programme duration of 52 weeks. The company has also constructed numerous turbine wind farms in various locations such as Glenmoriston, Isle of Skye, Golspie plus many others.

RJ McLeod is perhaps most associated with the road industry, especially due to the vast number of road schemes that they have constructed and maintained within Scotland. Working for Transport Scotland, local authorities and trunk road management companies, the company has gained the experience from various types of road developments, from winding country roads to the urban motorway network.
