Sophisticated burger restaurant, BRGR.CO has expanded its portfolio of burger joints with a brand new restaurant in Chelsea.

The new restaurant on King’s Road, opened in December 2014, follows the success of BRGR.CO Soho and serves up an all-day menu and takeaway service.

The 80-cover restaurant reflects BRGR.CO’s ethos of simplicity, encompassing tonal earth colours throughout, with dark oak tables and chairs. The dining room provides a calm and contemporary setting, ideal for relaxed afternoons and weekend get-togethers, whilst an outdoor terrace presents the perfect place for a spot of people watching in Chelsea.

Inside BRGR.CO Chelsea customers will see BRGR.CO’s signature artworks, the character cow heads, on display throughout the restaurant. Each creation has been designed by local artists and designers and the range changes seasonally, following a charity auction with proceeds going to local London charities.

PM Shopfitters was the main contractor on BRGR.CO Chelsea. PM Shopfitters are principle contractors in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector of the construction industry and have been in operation for more than ten years, working with a multitude of clients including Fortnum & Mason, Brompton Brands and Experimental Cocktail Club, to name just a few.

Commenting on their involvement on BRGR.CO, PM Shopfitters Managing Director, Martin Crouch, said:

“It was important for PM Shopfitters as principle contractor to be involved in this project as it shows our versatility carrying out all elements of the build.”

Martin added:

“At PM Shopfitters we pride ourselves on delivering projects on time every time.”

Similar to BRGR.CO Soho, the Chelsea restaurant’s resident team of BRGRologists, Lettuce Analysts and Grill Sergeants promises to satisfy a generation of burger snobs with patties that are handmade daily each morning making use of the finest cuts of 28-day-aged beef from the Duke of Buccleuch Estate in South West Scotland. Available in three classic choices – 4oz, 6oz and 8oz – the patties are prepared to enhance natural favours of the beef, with each burger served deconstructed, allowing diners to build the burgers as they wish.

Optional sides and sauces are available at BRGR.CO and include the ever-popular Parmesan truffle fries, made with Parmigiano Reggiano, chilli con carne, vegetable crisps, Keens vintage cheddar and malt tarragon aioli.

If burgers are not quite the order of the day then customers will be happy to know that a hot dog, or the BRGR Dog to be more specific, is also available. The juicy all-beef gourmet dog is served on a homemade toasted roll and can be served with chilli con carne or a choice of cheese, if required.

Topping off the menu is a far-too tempting array of desserts which include apple crumble, cheesecake pudding and chocolate brownie. Oh, and then there is the sacred sundae; a creamy soft vanilla ice cream sundae, with a rich dark chocolate sauce and crunchy M&Ms.

When it comes to the drinks menu, guests are able to indulge in some truly mouth-watering delights, from Oreo and vanilla bean shakes to homemade lemonade and boozy iced teas. For the truly adventurous, BRGR.CO Chelsea serves up cocktail specials along the lines of Tweeters Tipple and Smoky Jack.

Cementing its status as a burger-snob, BRGR.CO’s second UK restaurant also serves a BRGRLICIOUS afternoon tea – a twist on the British institution – as well as a BRGR.CO brunch menu that is exclusive to the new restaurant. Meanwhile, BRGR.CO’s ‘to go’ takeaway service offers up a selection of the company’s most popular burgers, hot dogs, milkshakes and sides. All that customers need to do is give BRGR a call to place their order and it will be ready to pick up on arrival.
