TSL have recently helped deliver a new Greenfield dairy on behalf of clients Jersey Dairy. The £9.5 million contract involved the design and build of a new greenfield dairy which involves the following sections; Manufacturing, Milk Reception, Process Room, Raw and Finished, CIP Room, Packaging store, Liquid milk filling and packing, Laboratory and an Engineering Workshop.
On behalf of GlaxoSmithKline TSL undertook a £3.5 million contract constructing a new small scale manufacturing facility within a newly created fallow space in the existing tablet manufacturing.
The scope of the scheme included the construction of a plant room attached to the side of the existing facility together with works to plant and building services and HVAC, within the operating building, to support the new operation.
The most recent project the firm has worked on is an extension to an existing cold store and pack house on behalf of Turners Soham Limited. Works began on site in May last year and completed in March 2015.

The firm prepares risk assessments and environmental plans for all the work they do as well as work closely with clients and outside agencies to ensure their requirements are fully adhered to.
Health and Safety is also at the forefront of TSL’s corporate policy which sees the firm execute every project in a safe manner. TSL recognise that it is fundamental to the well being of all involved that detailed plans are prepared and communicated for each project they undertake. The firm employs a full time Health & Safety Manager dedicated to supporting their on-site teams to ensure that all policies and principles are enforced and adhered to.
During each project the firm prepares a quality plan which identifies, from the design stage, the critical points which are controlled and monitored during the construction phase, resulting in a consistent quality of finish for all projects.
