Dear readers, Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

With Manchester continuing to prove that it is a city with its finger firmly on the social pulse, this month we decided to check out a couple of fantastic projects which have been gaining attention in the North West.

First up, we headed over to Saint Mary’s Street to take a look at a brand new destination bar for prestigious steak restaurant Gaucho. The bar – which launched in April – boasts a fabulous collection of ornate cocktails and was created because of the increasing demand for such a bar in the city centre.

Commenting on the launch of the new destination bar, Gaucho’s Marketing Director, Matt Ford, said:

“We really like to listen to our guests in Manchester. There was a demand, from guests, for a destination bar where they could come and relax, enjoy some fantastic cocktails and not feel obliged to

come in for a beautiful steak and a glass of Malbec. Of course, that will always be on offer at Gaucho, but our guests wanted something a little bit more; something which is in keeping with the culture of the city.”

Meanwhile, located within Manchester’s thriving retail and restaurant district, Spinningfields, Tattu is an intriguing new restaurant focusing on contemporary Chinese cuisine, from brothers Adam

and Drew Jones. The restaurant – which opened in May – takes its visual inspiration from body art, showcasing exceptional design detail as well as a truly captivating menu.

Speaking to Premier Hospitality, Managing Director, Adam Jones, said:

“Our aim for Tattu was to create one of the most visually stunning venues in Manchester and this is why we paid such a great deal of care and attention to ensure all the details were perfect during the construction stage. We wanted to make certain that we had the correct concept and design for the restaurant before we launched, creating a venue that would provide a truly unique experience to

the UK dining scene.”

With all this and more, it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.

Enjoy!

Alex
