 Founded in Matlock in 1896, but currently based in Ashover, Wildgoose Construction Ltd undertakes construction projects throughout the UK.

The company is capable of tackling a range of developments, from £250,000 schemes to works in excess of £7 million and is divided into three chief operating divisions: Main Contracting, Special Projects & Wildgoose Homes.

Wildgoose Construction Ltd’s Main Contracting division focuses on undertaking the larger projects which appear within the company’s portfolio, whilst the Special Projects division concentrates on smaller works, along with refurbishment and maintenance operations. Wildgoose Homes meanwhile, tackles all residential development schemes.

Over the past 119 years, Wildgoose Construction Ltd has built up enviable experience within key sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, hotels, housing and sports & leisure. Past projects include Coney Green Business Centre, Bestwood Leisure Centre, The Observatory Ilkeston, Eckington School Sports Hall and Eccleshall Co-Op.

Wildgoose Construction Ltd has also worked on many prestigious parks including the restoration of Queens Park; the creation of Poolsbrook Country Park; and the Witworth Park Restoration. Work on the restoration of Witworth Park comprised the reconstruction of the pond, the restoration of listed gates, the installation of new drainage and electrical services and the introduction of new play equipment and a skate board bowl.

As an environmentally friendly company, sustainability remains at the forefront of all the work that is completed by Wildgoose Construction Ltd. A spokesperson for the company said:
