Derby-based contractor, Bailey Construction is a family-run construction company working across a variety of construction sectors, from commercial projects and retail schemes, to residential works, industrial developments and much, much more.

The company has also been involved in the delivery of numerous healthcare developments in Derbyshire.

Established in 1980, Bailey Construction has worked on a range of projects over the past 35 years, from the University of Derby Atrium project and The Bryn Hall scheme, to St Giles School in Derby and Kingsmill Hospital in Mansfield. Bailey Construction has also worked with high profile clients such as St Modwen Developments, including the construction of a 2250m² steel framed building for Dunelm Soft Furnishings.

Working on the St Giles School project, Bailey Construction was responsible for a new build classroom extension in order to provide the school with additional classroom space. The project also included the creation of paved playing areas for pupils.
