The team has converted the structure to comprise a kitchen, offices, meeting room, toilets and new access in the space in order to create a new call centre for the clients.

Works began on site in March this year and were completed in an impressive eight week period. The two storey building was re-clad with precast concrete and composite wall panels and external doors were fitted with steel and aluminum.

In a bid to secure the cal centre CCTV was fitting along with vehicle barriers, intercom systems and permanent fencing. Landscaping to the site has also been undertaken including laying new road surfaces on the site and constructing new footpaths and other associated road works.
