The works on the McArthur Hall Building focused on the gable peaks, with a value of £36,000, whilst the Limavady Central Primary School project comprised a classroom extension, a fenced-in covered play area and associated works to the value of £190,000. The Donaghadee Road project, meanwhile, was a £458,000 scheme for Helm Housing which saw the construction of a new build, two-storey apartment block comprising six, 2-3 person dwellings.
