Since their inception the firm has acted as a main contractor to a number of high profile clients.
The group directors Keir Edmonds, Jason Kendrick and Tim Perkins have worked with each other for ten years, on projects from £250,000 up to £30million and now employ over 30 staff. The mcs team endeavor to deliver optimum project delivery, work with customers rather than against them, and provide projects on time and under budget in a non confrontational manner.
The team work across a range of different sectors, acting as the main contractor using their detailed understanding of construction processes, combined with an appreciation of our clients requirements, to ensure that time, cost and quality objectives are identified.
The firm also works in the industrial field undertaking projects at complex food processing facilities and developer shells. MCS have experience of delivering industrial projects ranging in size, up to 70,000 square feet.
The Motor Retail industry has become the firm’s strongest sector throughout the last few years. Working directly for manufacturers, developers and operators, has enabled the mcs team to achieve a unique understanding of the industry drivers.
Since their inception the company has implemented the expertise to provide high quality cost efficient build solutions to meet, and in many cases exceed client’s requirements.
Mcs have also carried out many new builds and refurbishments for the retail sector. The works have included retail developments, supermarkets, restaurants and shop fit outs for many clients, including for one of the largest country’s leading home stores.
Mcs Special Projects, a division of the mcs Group, specialise in construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects within the social care sector.
