Lend Lease is currently involved with Darling Harbour Live in Sydney, a $2.5 billion project covering 20 hectares in size.

The Darling Harbour Live project comprises the construction of a brand new International Convention Centre (ICC) in Sydney, which will include a convention, exhibition and entertainment theatre; an 8,000 seat entertainment centre; 1400 apartments; student accommodation; 2000sqm of community space; 7,000sqm of retail space; and 15,000sqm of commercial space. In addition, the project will also see a 400 bay public car park installed on the site, along with a landmark hotel.

The redevelopment of Darling Harbour is being viewed as an exciting new chapter in the evolution of Sydney. The project is being completed in stages from 2016 until 2019.
