Welcome to Premier Retail – the premier construction tool for the retail industry.

In this month’s issue we take a look at a new store for Foyles; we unveil the fantastic – and iconic – Abbey Road Studios Store; and we unveil a new store for Tommy Hilfiger.

Known for its extensive range of books, Foyles is an award-winning independent bookstore with a fantastic reputation for service and products. The store stocks an extensive range of books, with a particular focus on fiction, arts and children’s books, and includes lines that are tailored to reflect the needs of the local market. The latest store in the Foyles portfolio is Foyles Birmingham, which is housed within the city’s impressive Grand Central shopping complex. The new store is the sixth shop in the Foyles portfolio – the second outside of London – and uses the latest technology to connect customers with both the authors’ and Foyles’ vast stock of books.

Meanwhile, Abbey Road Studios Store is a brand new retail experience designed with music aficionados in mind. The new store – which opened just in time for Christmas – boasts a range of exclusive products & gifts, which continue the legacy of the iconic music studio. The meticulously crafted basement store boasts a bright spacious layout, imaginative displays – including a display of bass guitars formerly owned by Paul McCartney – as well as a range of interactive elements. All of the work on the project was expertly designed, created and installed to reflect the legendary status of the Abbey Road name and the result speaks for itself.

And finally, Tommy Hilfiger is a world leading brand, delivering premium products to customers worldwide. The Tommy Hilfiger name celebrates the essence of classic America, with a range of products designed for both men and women that includes clothing, fragrances, eyewear, watches and home furnishings. The latest store to open in the Tommy Hilfiger portfolio is Tommy Hilfiger at The Mailbox, a city centre store which is located in Birmingham’s stylish shopping, lifestyle and restaurant destination. The store boasts a fantastic selection of products, including Tommy Hilfiger’s new sportswear range – an exciting new concept which is being rolled out across the Tommy Hilfiger portfolio.
