A touch of luxury at Novellus Court
23 new apartments have been introduced to the area of Epsom, Surrey, including a range of one bedroom and two bedroom properties, as well as three penthouses. All are laid out over four floors, and they come with secure parking and bike storage and are located within close proximity to the town centre, allowing easy access for amenities and leisure activities.

Premier Construction caught up with Ben Hughes, Contracts & Procurement Director at Titan Property Developments, in order to discuss the new development; he said:
“What we have essentially done is carried out a transformation of what was previously an existing office build into something seen as setting a new standard for professional people to move into. We have taken the opportunity to enhance the façade, and created an inviting feel as well as adding detail such as new windows, aesthetic render and balcony arrangements for the third floor penthouses.
“Two of the penthouses are duplex apartments that go up to the fourth floor. All of the penthouses have enviable views out onto either Rosebery Park or Mounthill Gardens – we wanted to create an attractive and enjoyable residential development.”
“The development began on site in April 2015 and currently we’re 70% completed and all of the apartments on the lower floors have been reserved; So we’ve also decided to accelerate one of the penthouse apartments – these had been held back and they will get released for marketing at the end of January (this month); the whole development will be complete by March this year.”
Exterior finishes on the properties include the new render on the external walling to differentiate from what was formerly brickwork alone; at the highest level glass balconies and glass balustrading have also been integrated, providing an area for people to sit and relax, whether eating or just taking in the views. These balcony areas are directly accessible from the living spaces in the penthouse apartments.
