Premier Hospitality Issue 5.4

Dear readers,

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we take a look at Middleton Steakhouse; we tuck in to Dishoom; and we cast an eye over Yu.

Middletons Steak House and Grill have opened their fifth restaurant, welcoming a London based audience in the heart of Watford. Since opening in late November 2015, the most recent restaurant in the successful chain has received nothing but positive feedback. The team are thrilled with the receipt. Middletons Steak House and Grill Watford is the first branch on the inside of the M25, and marks the brands first attempt at catering for a London market.

Steve Hutton, Managing Director or Middletons Steak House and Grill said: “Watford has an enormous investment potential in the coming years and so to get ourselves established in an up and coming location is great. It’s important that we launch our brand into that market.”

Meanwhile, proving hugely popular and heavily booked since opening a few weeks ago, exclusive Alderley Edge’s opulent new Chinese restaurant Yu is a new dining concept from entrepreneur brothers Victor and Vinny Yu. The brothers, who together with their father Charlie, founded Yu and You (named by Gordon Ramsay as the UK’s best Chinese restaurant) have taken their already highly successful concept to the next level with Yu, in terms of both decor and dining, incorporating modern design with hints of heritage.

And finally, The Dishoom team have opened a brand new restaurant and bar in London’s Soho Located on Kingsly Street, just off Carnaby, Dishoom Carnaby explores the links between Bombay and London and the youth revolution which took place in both cities during the 1960’s. It pays homage to the design and architecture of the period and recalls the Rock ’n’ Roll scene that flourished in Bombay at that time. Dishoom Carnaby is the fourth addition to the Dishoom family, joining existing cafes in Shoreditch, Kings Cross and Covent Garden.

With all this and more, it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.

Enjoy!

Alex
