TJS Homes, the Swindon based homebuilder, is merging with the Wiltshire building firm, Eclipse & Son.
Though less than a year old, TJS Homes has recorded impressive growth in the new homes sector. The business has six vans and works with ten qualified tradesmen.
Eclipse & Son, established in 2011, employs four people and enjoys a reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction. The firm works across the new build, home improvement, commercial construction and property maintenance sectors.
Speaking of the merger, Tom Deller, owner of TJS Homes, said: “This is a great development that brings invaluable experience and a wealth of additional skills to the new business. With these two strong businesses now operating as one, everything our clients want will be available under one roof. We look forward to a busy and profitable year ahead.”
Kevin Deacon, founder of Eclipse & Son, said: “Since TJS Homes started trading it’s gone from strength to strength. The business is clearly going places, so it’s an excellent move for us both to pool our skills and resources for the benefit of customers across Wiltshire and beyond.”
The new business, which will trade as TJS Homes, aims to change the perception of the construction industry across Wiltshire. By using only top tier tradespeople who consistently deliver quality workmanship, it offers excellent workmanship, great value and full guarantees on everything it does. TJS Homes guides their clients through the entire process, starting with construction drawings, giving them a detailed illustration of the final project.
TJS Homes specialises in six key areas of property development:
- new builds
- building repairs and maintenance
The firm also buys property in any state of repair in and around Wiltshire with a view to redevelopment and onward sale.
