Power tool accessories, saw blade, metrology and measurement specialist, Starrett, has appointed engineering PR agency, Stone Junction, for media relations and content PR services across the UK. The company selected Stone Junction for its expertise in working with engineering clients.
Starrett serves two broad sectors of the UK market. One side of the business produces saw blades and hand tools, including a complete range of power tool accessories, band saw blades and machines, as well as a supporting range of tradesmens’ tools. Typical customers include contracting trades in plumbing, heating, electrical, HVAC, fitting and metal working in a huge variety of applications.
The other side of the business serves the precision measurement sector consisting of metrology, force measurement and profile projection equipment for design and quality control engineers. Starrett’s key markets include the metalworking, automotive, aviation and marine industries, although the applications for the technology really are endless!
