This Month in Premier Hospitality 7.4

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we pop down to Margate to take a look at the expansion of Dreamland; we head over to Camden Market to tuck in at Gabito Cantina.

Situated a stone’s throw from Margate seafront, Dreamland Margate is one of the UK’s best-loved amusement parks. Described as the heartbeat of Margate, this unique vintage-style amusement park boasts historic thrill rides, fairground games and a plethora of food vendors, all set within a space capable of hosting major events and visiting attractions. Dreamland recently reopened following a significant revamp, with a new vision to create a true destination and events space. Keen to find out a little more about Dreamland, including two new additions – Cinque Ports and Ziggy’s – Premier Hospitality took a trip to Margate to get the inside buzz from architects, d_raw.

Meanwhile, a stylish and unique project involving the creation of a stunning new downstairs interior and a first floor warehouse conversion in Camden Market, has created Gabito Cantina. Located on Chalk Farm Road, this modern brasserie-style venue reflects its contemporary menu which has been created by head chef Lee Andrews, formerly of Chiltern Firehouse. Signature dishes include tacos, small plates, as well as rare-breed steaks from the charcoal oven.

With all this and more it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.

Enjoy!
