Two particularly impressive projects currently underway for Comprop include Seaton Place in Jersey and Havelet Waters in Guernsey.
At Seaton Place in St Helier, main contractors Camerons are making good progress on a scheme designed by Morris Architects and involving the construction of a prime landmark building comprising four floors of quality office accommodation with parking. The project is due for completion August 2017.
