Retail Business Technology Expo 2018
Enhancing the customer experience at Europe’s leading retail solutions event
Earlier this year, a record-breaking number of retailers from across Europe, in fact the rest of the world (64 countries to be precise) attended the leading retail solutions event in Europe – Retail Business Technology Expo (RBTE), at London’s Olympia in May.
These retailers flocked in their thousands to see and learn about the latest technology developments in retail and how these complete end-to end solutions could help them improve their customer experience and ultimately sales.
Feedback received from visitors and exhibitors was once again extremely positive. And with 75% of the floorplan already sold for 2018, you would think that there is no need to change and improve. However, the team at RBTE do not rest on their laurels. They have listened to all of the feedback from visitors and exhibitors and have implemented changes for the 2018 show.
Here are just a few of the things changing for 2018:
- RBTE 2018 is not on a Monday. Understanding how important Monday is in retail, they have moved the show dates to Wednesday and Thursday [2nd-3rd May 2018].
- Due to demand, the floorplan has increased to accommodate even more exhibitors to showcase their solutions .
- Like a good showroom, they have also introduced some wider aisles on the show floor to accommodate even more visitors and ease traffic flows.
- 2018 will see new branding and a new marketing campaign (launching soon) reaching out to even more retailers and brands.
