This Month in Premier Retail 2-3

Welcome to Premier Retail – the premier construction tool for the retail industry.

In this month’s issue we take a look at the new Tommy Hilfiger; we delve into The Happy World of HARIBO; and we profile new additions to the Lush portfolio.

Oxford Westgate shopping centre is home to the 12th Tommy Hilfiger store in the United Kingdom as the iconic brand continues to add to a growing portfolio of stores around the world. The store spans over 260 square metres and occupies a prominent location in the brand new Westgate development. The design of the new store reflects the Tommy Hilfiger global retail concept, which fuses the brand’s heritage with clean, modern finishes and a bright, airy aesthetic.

Meanwhile, HARIBO, the world’s leading manufacturer of fruit gums and liquorice products, is opening its first outlet store in the UK and has chosen London Designer Outlet (LDO), the capital’s only fashion & lifestyle outlet centre, located in Wembley Park, as the best place to be. HARIBO, the family-owned business with a 100-year history of making much-loved sweet treats that are shared and enjoyed around the world, has signed to open in a 1,440 sq ft store, adjacent to Guess and Lee Wrangler.

And finally, a distinctive addition to any high street, pioneering beauty brand Lush has enjoyed a transformative 12 months. Where other brands have struggled to adapt the challenges of 21st century retail, Lush has developed and evolved in both the UK and abroad. Lush has grown significantly since it was formed and is now one of the most visible retailers on the high street. In this issue we take a look at a number of new stores that fall under the Lush umbrella.

With all this and much more inside, please join us as we explore the projects which continue to shape the retail sector.
