This Month in Premier Hospitality 8.2
Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.
In this month’s issue we take a look at Kazu; we preview Hotelympia 2018; and we unveil a stunning refurbishment at Alderley Edge Hotel.
Contemporary Japanese cuisine has enjoyed an upward trend within London’s hospitality scene in recent years, with the city embracing a taste of Japan. Kazu became the latest addition to the scene when it officially opened in January 2018. Kazu, which translates as ‘peace and harmony’ in Japanese, offers diners a modern, authentic and refined take on the traditional bar snacks and drinks offered in Japan. Kazu serves a selection of handmade sushi and sashimi dishes as well as a range of sakes, beers, wines and spirits to be enjoyed alongside.
The UK’s largest and most prestigious hospitality event returns to ExCeL London in March. Hotelympia has been a platform for the future of hospitality since 1935 and this year’s revitalised event promises to be one of the biggest to date. Hotelympia takes place on 5th-8th March and provides the ideal opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their latest products while visitors have the ideal opportunity to network with peers and industry leaders.
And finally, Alderley Edge Hotel has unveiled a stunning new bar and restaurant following an extensive investment and makeover. As part of the makeover, Alderley Edge Hotel has been completely transformed to reposition itself as Cheshire’s number one boutique hotel. A new entrance and reception leads through to a modern, stylish, open plan bar and restaurant. The look is bright and inviting with an eclectic mix of colour, natural light and contemporary furniture. Stylish new details include vibrant flamingo wallpaper in the bar area, eclectic light fittings and a lit tree in the main dining room.
With all this and more it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.
Enjoy!
