Paul Collymore has been appointed new General Manager at St Lucian hotel The Landings Resort and Spa.
Paul Collymore joins the resort with a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector having most recently overseen the general management of the Ocean Two Resort and Residences in Barbados.
Previous management experience centres in Barbados at The Crane Resort and Residences, Patisserie and Bistro Flindt and Sam Lord’s Castle Resort. Paul’s move to The Landings is his first venture into St Lucia.
Under Paul’s management, the Ocean Two Resort and Residences was awarded the best Hotel Operations Category at the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Organisation (CHTA) Caribbean Hotel Industry Exchange Forum 2016.
On the appointment, Anne Copeland, The Landings Resort and Spa’s Chairman of the Board, said: “We are thrilled that Paul is joining us to oversee the general management of The Landings Resort and Spa in St Lucia. His knowledge and skill stems from experience across various divisions of the hospitality sector and we look forward to seeing him build on the continued success of the hotel.”
Last summer, The Landings Resort and Spa entered into a Sales and Marketing agreement with Elegant Hotels Group, which consists of seven properties and one restaurant in Barbados plus Hodges Bay Resort and Spa in Antigua, set to open in summer 2018.
