One of The Oakwood Group’s flagship schemes was the construction of Victoria Works in Feltham, which was completed in March 2010. The Oakwood Group has a number of exciting projects planned for 2012. The company has recently commenced construction on a scheme of 20 apartments in Sanderstead, which should be coming to market in spring 2013.
The company’s planning pipeline is diverse and this year will also see the transformation of a former car dealership site in Coulsdon Town Centre to provide 94 residential units with basement parking and retail and office space. Additional projects to follow include the regeneration of a disused warehouse site in Lamberth comprising 68 flats together with commercial space, along with a scheme in Merton comprising 14 four-bedroom houses.
