Dear readers,

Welcome to another jam-packed edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we are profiling the healthy fast-food alternative with Leon Restaurants; we head down to Manchester235 Casino to take a peek at the recent refurbishment works; and we take a look at the new Five Guys restaurant.

Founded by Henry Dimbleby and John Vincent in 2004, Leon is a healthy alternative to the usual fast food which saturates the market. Serving up a vast selection of nutritious dishes, Leon caters from breakfast through to dinner, and pretty much any excuse for a nibble in between. With almost ten years in the fast food sector, Leon continues to develop and grow as a brand, with new sites popping up in key locations throughout the nation’s capital.

Meanwhile, guests making a visit to Manchester235 Casino recently will have certainly noticed a few changes taking place at their favourite gaming destination. Earlier in the year the casino unveiled its stunning new bar, the Vega Lounge, whilst more recently its new restaurant, James Martin Manchester made its grand debut.

The installation of the new bar and restaurant at Manchester235 are clear signs the casino is continuing to excel in the gaming entertainment industry. With future refurbishment work in the pipeline, the steaks continue to be raised in Manchester.

And finally, set up in 1986 by the Murrell brothers, Five Guys is an American burger restaurant. With more than 1,000 locations in the US, Five Guys has now moved across the pond to open its first restaurant in the UK.

Five Guys Covent Garden opened its doors on 4th July 2013 and is already proving very popular with customers. With more than 250,000 possible ways to order a burger at Five Guys (no, seriously), the brand is certainly making its mark in the capital. Oh, and those pressed for time can breathe a sigh of relief as Five Guys even has an online ordering service, allowing customers to skip the queue with just a click of the mouse.

Now, with all that and more it’s time to sit back and devour this month’s Premier Hospitality.

Enjoy!

Alex
