Specialising in high quality construction projects, Paragon Construction Group has been in operation for more than 35 years, providing services to the private and public sector.

The company employs approximately 100 members of staff and working closely with its clients, employs local people, on local projects.

Paragon’s construction arm has the capabilities to work on a range of projects, from large-scale schemes to small-scale works. Throughout all its projects, Paragon demonstrates precision and performance via a bespoke service which can be tailored to its clients’ needs and budget.

Working across the private and public sectors, Paragon Construction Group has a varied portfolio, which includes healthcare, education and defence as well as leisure, heritage and residential projects. Clients include Bolton Council, Stockport MBC, Arena Housing Association, NHS Trust, Ministry of Defence, Sport England, Football Foundation and NHS Trust.

Past projects include a new dining hall, sports hall, food technology facilities and the revamp of an existing building for St Edwards College; the delivery of a £2.2 million stadium for St Helens RFC; and refurbishment works for Wigan Town Hall. More recently, Paragon Construction Group has been involved in a new education project in Manchester; a housing scheme in St Helens; a seven-bedroom dwelling in South Liverpool; and a car dealership in Wigan.

The Volkswagen Dealership project in Wigan was completed in late 2013 and comprised the construction of a new facility for the leading car manufacturer. The Design and Build project got underway in May 2013 and showcased the diversity of Paragon Construction Group’s work.

Following the completion of the new car dealership in Wigan, Paragon delivered a seven-bedroom period, family home in South Liverpool. Completed just before Christmas, the Mornington project comprised the renovation of an existing dwelling in order to update its interior in a contemporary way.

Moving into 2014, Paragon Construction Group continues to construct a new block for a Jewish school for girls and boys, aged three to 11. The Yesoiday Hatorah School (YHS) project in Manchester comprised the demolition of an existing facility and the construction of a four-storey teaching and administration building. The new building has been designed to serve the city’s Orthodox Jewish community.

The Chancery Lane project is a brand new housing scheme comprising the construction of 25 apartments in St Helens. The project was announced in December 2013, by Paragon Homes – a division of Paragon Construction Group – with work commencing in spring 2014. All the units on The Chancery Lane project are Lifetime Home accredited, offer generous space for future residents and will be completed to the highest standards.

Paragon Construction Group is a modern thinking construction provider, working hard to ensure it meets and then exceeds its corporate responsibilities. The group is also a dedicated supporter of the Steve Prescott Foundation, which raises money for Christie’s Cancer Hospital in Manchester.
