The Chariots and Cherry Pie brand features four key elements including Cherry Pie Diner, Cherry Pie Mobile Diner, Chariots Car Spa and Cherry Pie Motel.

Chariots & Cherry Pie provides diners with a unique experience whereby they can relax, sample delicious 1950s American-inspired dishes, whilst their cars are treated to a range of premium hand car wash services.

The Chariots and Cherry Pie brand, founded by Claire and Jonathan Hilsdon, offers diners the chance to sample a wide selection of gourmet, home-cooked, authentic American diner food and drink.

Chariots Car Spa looks after diners’ wheels whilst they enjoy their meals; revamping cars of all shapes and sizes. The firm’s mission is to make diners proud to get back behind their wheel so they use the latest technology to achieve a showroom shine inside and out. And the cherry on the cake is a delicious scented air freshener for every customer with the company’s compliments.

The brand’s first ever branch can be found just off the A420, or Route 420, near Buckland in Oxfordshire. The venue was the first permanent Cherry Pie Diner to open and was unveiled in early June 2014. The team serves a selection of delicious, authentic American diner food including all day breakfast items such as sweet waffles, pancakes, steak and eggs and breakfast skillets.

The Cherry Pie Diner mirrors American diner menus, serving consistently delicious, home-style food in a comfortable and relaxed environment. The brand’s gourmet menu is packed with diner classics and a few unique surprises from freshly-made waffles and hot dogs to smoked ribs and pulled pork, mouth-watering burgers, as well as the widest breakfast selection for miles. Every meal is made with high quality ingredients, locally-sourced whenever possible.

The venue’s chefs have created a menu that incorporates the very best of local UK producers including ribs from Kelmscott Farm and delicious smoked bratwurst sausages for its hot dogs from Hepburns.

The lunch and dinner menu features a mouth-watering array of burgers and hot dogs alongside regional and State specialties such as the Boston Butt Hoagie. Families can also take advantage of Early Bird family dinner deals including pot roasts and meat loaf, and half price drinks and shakes during Happy Homework Hours.

There’s also plenty to keep you entertained whilst you eat including live bands playing hits from the ‘50s and ‘60s every Friday night and Sunday afternoon.

Another diner is soon to open situated off the A338, or Route 338, near Grove in Oxfordshire. Plans to install the venue’s 1950s vintage-style Cherry Pie Mobile Diner on site ahead of launch are also in place. This will give local residents a taste of what’s to come in terms of the delicious dishes available at the diner.

The mobile diner service offered by Chariots & Cherry Pie allows the brand to cater for events straight from the courtesy of their beautiful 1950s vintage-style, mobile catering trailer. The trailer facility is ideal for upmarket occasions, weddings, parties and corporate events. The Chariots & Cherry Pie menu can be customised to suit individual tastes and themes. In partnership with Florey Marquees, the firm can also provide a vintage marquee in which the mobile trailer sits and festival-style furniture can also be provided to seat as few or as many as required.

The new venue, located in Oxfordshire, will also contain eleven individually decorated boutique motel bedrooms offering a unique and comfortable night of rest in the gorgeous countryside.

Each venue comprises deep, comfy booth seating, bar stools, Happy Homework Hours Kids Zone and an outdoor dining space and play area providing the ideal space for everyone from solo diners, families, couples, corporate events and large parties.
