Premier Hospitality Issue 5.3

Dear readers,

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we take a look at London’s M Victoria Street; we check in at DoubleTree by Hilton at the Ricoh Arena; and we take a look at some of the restaurants at Manchester’s Corn Exchange, including Mowgli!

Martin Williams – the founder of M Restaurants – has opened his second destination restaurant, M which is situated in the heart of London’s Victoria neighbourhood. The restaurant boasts a sumptuous selection of dishes, a fantastic collection of drinks and a truly beautiful interior design that is truly inviting. M Victoria Street is the dining and drinking brand’s second venue after bursting onto the London foodie scene in 2014. The new restaurant is backed by an exceptional team, including decorated sommelier Zack Charilou and includes its own dedicated wine store.

Meanwhile, successful hotel brand DoubleTree by Hilton has introduced a new addition at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Offering newly refurbished guestrooms, Wi-Fi access, large HDTVs and other state-of-the-art facilities, the impressive hotel is ideal for guests travelling on business or leisure. The hotel is situated in the prime location of the Ricoh Arena and is a fantastic new addition to the portfolio.

And finally, situated in Manchester’s recently redeveloped Corn Exchange – a hive of hospitality – Mowgli Street Food is a fantastic new restaurant serving authentic Indian cuisine in a beautiful setting. Mowgli is the work of barrister-turned restaurateur Nisha Katona and follows the success of sister restaurant, Mowgli Liverpool. Nisha Katona owner of Mowgli, said: “I’m delighted to have opened our second Mowgli venture in Manchester and feel very exciting about occupying space in one of the city’s most historic and recognisable landmarks. “Manchester is a melting pot of different cultures, ideas, philosophies and flavours and our aim is to take guests into the home kitchens of Indians.”

With all this and more, it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.
Enjoy!
Alex
