The company became a national distributor for Trespa® Meteon® two years ago and during this time has supplied many projects where Trespa is used as an external cladding for building facades or as an infill for window applications.
Trespa® Meteon® is a decorative, high pressure laminate that is used as an external cladding for building facades on both new build and refurbishment projects. With over 30 years’ experience in supplying external cladding products, Panel Systems was awarded national distributorship after Trespa® recognised that it had one of the most advanced facilities available in the UK for fabricating panels.

Panel Systems offers a full range of architectural solutions using Trespa® panels, including rainscreen facade panels, spandrel panels, and internal cladding. With its own CAD service and extensive CNC machining capabilities, Panel Systems can also offer bespoke shapes and engraved options using Trespa® Meteon®.
The company provides a complete design and support service, which includes being able to utilise customers’ own CAD files to create tailored designs, with rapid prototyping available.
Panel Systems’ fully equipped manufacturing facility includes a four meter beam saw, a double end tennon and a range of 3- and 5-axis CNC routers for high quality machining of panels, all under one roof.
To further enhance its offer, Panel Systems provides a full site support service, which includes advice on installation and fixing systems. It also offers a full optimisation package to ensure board wastage is kept to a minimum.
Panel Systems can also supply Trespa® Meteon® panels fully prepared for secret fix applications which incorporate brackets, rail and adhesive systems.
From its centrally located factory, close to the M1 motorway in Sheffield, the company is able to supply directly to construction sites throughout the UK.
