Warburton Hey
Warburton Hey is a development by Forth Homes of 10 new houses in Rainhill. Currently under construction, homes will be available by summer 2017.
The development will feature a mix of houses to appeal to a broad range of requirements and will incorporate three signature house types:
- The Coleridge Detached – a stunning three bedroom family home with well-planned out living accommodation and three generous bedrooms and family bathroom. Available from £215,000 or £172,000 with Help to Buy.
- The Coleridge Semi Detached – a spacious three bedroom semi-detached version of the Coleridge house type. The family home boats generous living accommodation and off road parking. Available for £190,000 or £152,000 with Help to Buy.
- The Larkin Semi Detached – a generously sized four bedroom family home, carefully considered over three storeys, with well planned living over all three floors. The ground floor features an open plan living room/diner/kitchen, downstairs w/c, store and entrance hallway. The first floor has three good sized bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom with the second floor boasting a large master bedroom and en suite bathroom. Available for £200,000 or £160,000 with Help to Buy.
Work on site, which previously housed Rainhill Social Club, began in January 2017 and is due to be completed in July 2017. The main architects on the project are Union Architecture.
All homes are traditional brick/block and contain fully integrated kitchens and en suite bathrooms. Each home has off road parking for two cars and will be built to a high standard with a 10 year NHBC warranty.
Forth Homes are responsible for the development and provide buyers with a dedicated customer service team to guide them through the entire process.
Reservations for phase one are now being taken. Homes can be reserved off plan and early reservations allow the buyer to handpick many internal features. Early reservation also allows the buyer opportunities to make their dream home by opting for some of the available sale extra items.
