Premier Hospitality International 1.2

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality International – our hospitality focus that celebrates projects worldwide. This issue is crammed full of fantastic projects, including Nobu Ryokan Malibu, Scandic City Hotel, Demoiselle Galvin, The William Vale and The Asbury, amongst others.

Located in the heart of Fredrikstad, Norway, Scandic City is only a stone’s throw from the old town Gamlebyen, the pier, shopping and culture. Offering meeting and conference facilities adapted to customer’s wishes and needs, the bar and restaurant at the hotel recently underwent extensive refurbishment to replace the existing facilities and provide a modern and bright space.

Meanwhile, Demoiselle by Galvin is the latest venture from Michelin-starred chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin. The restaurant, designed by DesignLSM, is the first Galvin venue to open in the Middle East and can be found in Dubai’s newest urban living destination – CITY WALK 2. Set across two floors, the 6,039 sqft restaurant has 210-covers and includes an artisan patisserie counter, juice bar, modern tea parlour and two intimate terrace spaces. The concept behind Demoiselle by Galvin, Dubai, expands upon the brand’s flagship restaurant which can be found at the world famous Harrods department store in London.

And finally, The William Vale, a 183-room hotel is located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn and is being recognised as reshaping the fashionable area by attracting tourists and locals alike, via its eye-catching design and forward thinking approach to hospitality. Known as a Brooklyn-based hub for Manhattanites and a backyard for the Williamsburg community, The William Vale is a multi-use venue that brings retail, food & beverage, hotel and public spaces together to create a destination for visitors. Created by New York architects Albo Liberis, The William Vale stands at 23 stories, offering expansive views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

With all this and more it’s time to sit back and marvel at all of the great projects across the world, courtesy of Premier Hospitality International.
