Work on the development is being undertaken by Kier Living LTD, a brand which has been building to the highest standards in some of the UK’s most prestigious locations for decades.

Project Manager Ben Roberts has recently been awarded an NHBC Pride in the Job Award and an NHBC Health and Safety award for his work on the site.

Commenting on the award wins, he said: “It’s brilliant to get the awards and the recognition – it’s all really positive. I haven’t won these awards before. I started at Kier as an apprentice brick layer and worked my way up. I then went away from the business and came back last year. This is the first site they have put me on and I’ve won two awards, which is brilliant.

“The project is very important to me. You have to live and breathe it.”

The development is due to be completed by the end of 2019.
