Welcome to the second edition of Premier Hospitality – the premier information tool for the construction industry.

This month we serve up a fantastic selection of restaurant projects which are firing the imaginations (and feeding the stomachs) of many diners up and down the country. We are also improving our cooking skills with our cover feature on AVEQIA Farringdon; we take a look at the latest developments for Brasserie Blanc; we delve deep into subterranean late night venue, Tonteria; and we profile commercial building company Willian UK.

AVEQIA Farringdon is the latest site from entrepreneur Johan Kadar and Chef David Berggren, founders of the AVEQIA brand and combines a top-class restaurant with a cookery school. AVEQIA Farringdon offers guests the ideal venue for both entertainment and education and the latest site opened on 17th September.

Meanwhile, Private dining room, Little B, is the latest development for Brasserie Blanc Covent Garden. Little B is a self-contained room, which comes complete with its own private bar and music system and can accommodate up to 25 guests for drinks, or 15 guests for dinner.

Situated underneath Sloane Square Hotel in London, Tonteria is a brand new Mexican restaurant and cocktail bar from Guy Pelly and Marc Burton. The site opened in October 2012 and with an eclectic mix of drinks – and the capacity to accommodate up to 200 people – Tonteria is set to become a huge success. Work began on Tonteria in August 2012. dtwo design provided all of the interior design work on the site and along with a team of subcontractors transformed the 2,350 sq ft basement site into a stunning subterranean eatery. And finally, Willian UK is a rapidly expanding commercial building company, which has built up a fantastic reputation in the industry. With more than 35 years of experience, Willian UK specialises in a wide range of projects, from new builds and modular builds, to efficient, high quality refit schemes, including Viva Brazil Cardiff, The Black Swan in Cheshire and

Malai restaurant, Manchester.
