Keepmoat are the first major contractor to achieve Green Deal Provider and Green Deal Installer status. The team also works with clients to maximise the value of their properties, help them access funding streams, and work with communities and stakeholders to ensure projects reflect local aspirations.

New build developments are a specific area of expertise for Keepmoat as they are well versed in providing large scale developments of high quality properties. Often these properties are for social rent and are key to easing housing waiting lists across the UK. The social housing the developer builds come equipped with modern environmental features to drive down heating bills and cut carbon emissions, the team have recently built the first UK properties to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and 6.

2013 was a particularly impressive year for Keepmoat seeing them construct over 2000 new homes, working on 400 regeneration projects, as well as refurbishing and repairing over 350,000 properties. The team have also responded to 410 maintenance call outs on an average day and refurbished three properties for every working minute.
