Dear readers,

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we check in with The Gorgeous Kitchen at Heathrow Terminal 2; we showcase the new Prezzo restaurant in Milton Keynes; and we unveil the latest venture from celebrity chef, Jamie Oliver.

Four British female TV chefs have opened a new kitchen at Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 2. The Gorgeous Kitchen at the Queen’s Terminal is part of the airport’s regeneration project and is a joint collaboration by chefs Gee Charman, Sophie Michell, Jo Pratt and Caroline Mi Li Artiss. The Gorgeous Kitchen is a well-received addition to the airport, inviting diners in for a selection of seasonal dishes throughout the day and is a charming area to eat and drink in.

Meanwhile, leading restaurant chain Prezzo has invested more than £500,000 in bringing the taste of Italy to the population of Milton Keynes. The award winning Italian restaurants, renowned for offering high quality food at a good value price, opened a brand new store in The Kingston Centre in April serving a range of popular and innovative Italian food. The menu consists of a fantastic range of pizza, pasta, salads, risotto and grills, as well as breads, starters and desserts.

And finally, high street restaurant chain Jamie’s Italian has launched its first Cocktail and Spritz Bar in Angel Islington. Jamie’s Italian, a chain first launched in Oxford in 2008, has been a successful and expanding chain, now offering an Italian dining experience to more than 30 high profile locations spreading across the United Kingdom. The restaurant itself serves up both traditional Italian dishes and modern takes on fine Italian dining, as well as steaks. With something for every course and options for the whole family, it’s no surprise that the chain is developing further, opening more restaurants each year.

The Cocktail and Spritz Bar – which held its launch night in April and is the first of Jamie’s cocktail bars – is set to boost the appeal of the store to the proposed audience of the trendy north London area. The launch night was hosted by Jamie Oliver himself, who greeted guests and helped serve cocktails from the bar.

With all this and more, sit back and devour another helping of Premier Hospitality.

Enjoy!

Alex
