GEDA Construction

GEDA Construction is a construction and civil engineer specialist operating throughout the UK and Ireland.

A current scheme for GEDA Construction is the Roddensvale School project which is taking place in Co. Antrim. The project comprises the construction of a new classroom block extension as well as social space and storage areas for Roddensvale School.

Works on the school project include the erection of a steel framed structure, along with the installation of a slated roof and rendered walls. GEDA Construction is also responsible for finishes and the installation of services and drainage.

Completed schemes for GEDA Construction include the Killowen Primary School project on Laurel Hill Road in Lisburn and Diamond Hall at the University of Ulster, Coleraine Campus. GEDA Construction worked with SEELB on the Kilowen Primary School project, whilst the company worked with Samuel Stevenson & Sons on Diamond Hall.

The Kilowen Primary School project saw GEDA Construction refurbish the existing primary school, with the project comprising both internal and external refurbishments. The project also included new paving and planting.

Working on the Diamond Hall scheme, GEDA Construction refurbished the university’s Diamond Building with a contract that spanned 33 weeks. The project involved internal and external works, including landscaping.

Additional projects have included Bourne Elsea Park Church of England Primary Academy in Lincolnshire; Gaelscoil Neachtain Primary School in Co. Derry; and Limavady Resource Centre on Greystone Road in Co. Derry.

 QTF Ltd

QTF Ltd specialises in the design, supply and erection of timber frame kits throughout the UK and Ireland. The company has been in operation for ten years and within this time has worked on many projects including 79 units at ‘Coopers Mill ‘in Dundonald, Northern Ireland, for McGinnis Developments and 87 units at ‘The Village’ Phase 1 & 2 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, for O’Hare & McGovern.

Working with GEDA Construction, QTF has been involved with the supply and erection of houses and apartments at Horncastle in Lincolnshire; and the supply and erection of 34 town houses in Drumawill, Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
