The Kingsway Group
The Kingsway Group is a specialist manufacturer of hardware and glazing for the mental health market. The group design and manufacture anti-ligature ironmongery and fittings under its Logica brand and a wide range of vision panels under the four brands, Duralux, Visilux, Pyrolux and Privilux. All of this comes together under our doorset division called Hunter Doors which supplies complete doorsets for the mental health environment providing anti barricade solutions and minimising ligature risk.
The Kingsway Group have dealt with Laing O’Rourke for a number of years and have worked with them to provide specialist products to meet their clients demands in terms of appearance, function, cost and effectiveness. In this time the group have worked with Laing O’Rourke on a number of schemes including Villa 19 and the award winning projects at Monkwearmouth Hospital on Roker and Mowbray wards.
