A recent project for Marbank Construction Limited was the Lumina Park scheme in Enfield. The project comprised the construction of four buildings, containing a total of 12 industrial units, which totalled 92,549 sq ft.
The buildings were built using a steel frame structure and were fitted with CCTV, detection and alarm systems. Materials used on the project included steel standing seam roof panels, double glazed windows, plasterboard partitions and steel cladding.
The £4 million project – which began in September 2014 and reached completion in April 2015 – was delivered for client, Chancerygate (Aston) Limited. Marbank Construction Limited was the main contractor on the project, working alongside architectural practice, Ian C King Associates and structural engineer, Bradbrook Consulting.
Past projects in the Marbank Construction Limited portfolio include Ascot Business Park, the Thames Gateway scheme, Innova Park, B&Q Milton Keynes and the Comet Distribution Centre. Additional projects have included the £2.5m Ricardo Way project in Lymington; the £8m Endeavour Park scheme in Southampton; the £1.2m Deer Park Road project in Wimbledon; and Selco Southampton, the £1.8m design and construction of a new trade unit.
