This Month in Premier Hospitality 5.9
Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.
In this month’s issue we showcase the latest sites for Coco di Mama; we unveil The Frog; and we take a look at Absurd Bird.
Italian fast food chain Coco di Mama has opened its ninth and tenth locations in London, offering passers by the chance to devour delicious dishes that use the freshest and finest ingredients from Italy. The ninth Coco Di Mama’s is located on Bow Lane with site number ten located on Cowcross Street. Both sites will be of familiar styling to Coco di Mama customers but both locations have been given a new look and feel to them.
Meanwhile, brand new restaurant The Frog, in Ely’s Yard at London’s Spitalfields, has recently opened with Chef Adam Handling at the heart of it. The Frog marks the first of a spectacular collection of six restaurants to open by the chef, in a bold statement of ventures that invites diners to join him. With 60 covers and a 14-cover bar, The Frog will be overseen by head chef Steven Kerr, joined by many of the senior team from Restaurant Adam Handling at Caxton.
And finally, another new addition to Spitalfields is Absurd Bird – a new Southern US inspired restaurant. Founded by an American Chef and young entrepreneur, Absurd Bird relays the amusing tale of the adventure of two rebellious birds who decide to jail break out of the cuckoo’s nest and embark on a memorable journey together. DesignLSM created the striking interiors of the restaurant and reflected the playful identity and quirky menu with a modern yet nostalgic design, inspired by the backwaters of America’s Deep South. DesignLSM also worked alongside Form Room, who helped to bring DesignLSM’s more unusual designs to life with their creative manufacturing of items such as binocular spotlights – making Absurd Bird the unique space that it truly is.
With all this and more, it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.
