This Month in Premier Hospitality 6.9

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we showcase Courtyard by Marriott; we unveil Mere; and we highlight Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square

Recently completed, a multi-million pound refurbishment has transformed the former Ramada Glasgow Airport Hotel ‘beyond recognition’ into the spectacular new Courtyard by Marriott. Owned by Cairn Hotel Group, the hotel is situated on Glasgow Airport’s doorstep, is a 15 minute drive from the city centre and is the first Courtyard by Marriott Version 2.1 in the UK. Open to guests, the new-look hotel boasts a range of great features including 114 Rooms, a gym, bar, restaurant and a business centre with meeting space.

Meanwhile, a first venture for Masterchef Professionals judge Monica Galetti and her sommelier husband David, Mere (pronounced Mary) is a new bar and restaurant just opened in London’s Fitzrovia. Located on Charlotte Street, the venue includes a bar on the raised ground floor, which has seating for 20 guests for bar snacks, cocktails and drinks. The downstairs restaurant accommodates up to 64 guests. The new restaurant is the couple’s first, and was established in partnership with Westbury Street Holdings (WSH).

And finally, exquisitely created within a spectacular and unique historic building in the City of London, the new Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square offers interiors of breathtaking splendour. The Grade II listed building, originally occupied by the Port of London Authority, features a stunning colonnaded facade behind what is now a luxury hotel and residence just steps from major landmarks, business hubs and cultural destinations.

Also in this month’s edition, we showcase a collection of international projects, which are making headlines in the hospitality sector. Projects like these will soon be featuring in our forthcoming sister publication, Premier Hospitality International.

With all this and more it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.
