Premier Hospitality International 1.7

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality International – our hospitality focus that celebrates projects worldwide. This issue we preview EquipHotel Paris; we take a look at QO Amsterdam; and we highlight The MusĂ©e de la RomanitĂ©.

EquipHotel Paris has been providing unique technical solutions and opportunities to accelerate business growth in the industry for more than 50 years. With more than 105,000 professionals, 1600 exhibitors and 133 countries represented, EquipHotel Paris is a landmark French event for the hospitality business. This year, EquipHotel Paris is expected to be another stellar event.

Meanwhile, QO Amsterdam has opened its doors in the dynamic Amstelkwartier, the ‘new city district’ in the Dutch capital. QO, an IHG¼ hotel, seamlessly weaves luxury with holistic wellness and sustainability. Every aspect of the hotel is designed to reduce environmental impact and to create the best possible guest experience, for international and local guests alike, from the rooftop greenhouse to the intelligent façade and energy-saving features in its construction. “We want QO to stand out from other lifestyle destinations. Guests should not have to opt for either luxury or sustainability; we want to show that the two can be perfectly combined. We hope to be a breath of fresh air in the hospitality industry, paving the way for how hotels of the future are built and run,” said Inge Van Weert, Hotel General Manager.

And finally, The Musée de la Romanité opened at the beginning of June 2018 and is one of the most significant cultural openings in France this year. Located in the heart of the city of Nßmes, the Musée de la Romanité is a landmark structure and sits opposite the Amphitheatre of Nßmes. The museum is home to an exceptional archaeological collection of over 25,000 pieces. It was designed by Elizabeth de Portzamparc following an international competition that was launched in 2011 and is a gateway to understanding the roman sites of the region.

With all this and more it’s time to sit back and marvel at all of the great projects across the world, courtesy of Premier Hospitality International.

Enjoy!
