This Month in Premier Hospitality 9.3
Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality.
In this month’s issue we step into SUSHISAMBA; we check out So L.A.; and we unveil Palm Beach Casino.
SUSHISAMBA has opened its highly anticipated second London location in the heart of Covent Garden. Known for its unique blend of Japanese, Brazilin and Peruvian cuisine and culture, the new venue at the heart of the iconic Opera Terrace atop the historic Grade II listed Market Building is a stunning addition to the brand’s existing locations in Miami, Las Vegas, London and Amsterdam.
Meanwhile, situated on 43 Mitchell Street, So L.A. is the latest addition to Glasgow’s hospitality landscape. The latest venture for RUSK & RUSK, the award-winning team behind, The Butchershop Bar & Grill, Hutchesons City Grill, and The Spanish Butcher, So L.A. is an all-day venue inspired by the vibrancy and diversity of the West Coast’s drinking and dining scene. So L.A. is RUSK & RUSK’s most ambitious project to date and is the first of the collection to open in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. The venue boasts an inclusive and highly inventive menu, which will appeal to meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans alike.
And finally, following an investment of over £2m, the Palm Beach Casino on Mayfair’s Berkeley Street has undergone a major renovation. Genting Casinos, one of the largest operators with over 42 casinos across the UK, has refurbished its London venue to include a new gaming floor, restaurant and bar & grill. With interiors by Fisch Design, the 10,000 sq ft venue features subtle illuminated fretwork and gold, black and brass finishes, complemented by a warm colour palette of chocolate and greys to create an elegant yet inviting space. The new 50-cover restaurant is a grand room with high ceilings and is overseen by award-winning head chef Mahmud Zaman, formerly of Zaman’s at The Sportsman Casino.
With all this and more it’s time to sit back and tuck into another helping of Premier Hospitality.
