Dear readers,

Welcome to another edition of Premier Hospitality.

In this month’s issue we combine shopping with bubbly in Selfridges’ Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar; we sample the delicious treats on offer at Aubaine Hampstead; and we take a look at Kaspar’s Seafood Bar & Grill, the new restaurant at The Savoy.

Situated in the corner of Womenswear Designer Galleries, and housed within a beautifully designed art deco room, The Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar is a fantastic new dining venue for prestigious retailer Selfridges. Overseen by MasterChef 2012 joint winner Keri Moss, the London-based restaurant and bar serves up an Á la Carte menu from Monday to Saturday, with a brunch menu available on a Sunday.

Designed in close collaboration with Selfridges, the restaurant is located on the corner of Oxford Street and Orchard Street with large windows to both streets providing magnificent views over London. The Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar in Selfridges is the first restaurant from Chef Moss, and has already proved a hit with customers since it launched in March 2013.

Ideally located just a short walk from the Heath in the heart of Hampstead Village, Aubaine Hampstead is a highly relaxed dining experience. Like every restaurant in the Aubaine portfolio – seven in total – Aubaine Hampstead combines the elegance of a Parisian salon with the relaxed ambience of a Provençal bistro.

Aubaine Hampstead opened its doors during the first week of March 2013. The design of the 75-cover restaurant has remained true to the character of the building and retains many of the site’s original features.

Formerly known as the River Restaurant, Kaspar’s Seafood Bar & Grill at The Savoy is a stunning new restaurant located in one of the most prestigious hotels in the world. Kaspar’s follows hot on the heels of the restoration of The Savoy in 2010 and is very much a destination in its own right.

Work began on Kaspar’s Seafood Bar & Grill in March 2013 and reached completion ahead of its opening in May 2013.

Now, with all that and more it’s time to sit back with another edition of Premier Hospitality.

Enjoy!

Alex
